SURGE / Service policy
Refund & Cancellation
This draft explains the current limits of the public website and identifies information that must be confirmed before charging transactions are offered under a SURGE-specific refund policy.
Draft for review · Legal review required before production launch.
Website enquiries
This website does not accept payment, sell a charging session, reserve a charging bay, or take a cancellation fee. Sending a contact enquiry does not create a paid order or booking. If you need to change or withdraw an enquiry, contact [email protected].
Charging sessions and payments
If a separate SURGE app, charging platform, station, or payment provider accepts a charge-session payment, the terms presented for that transaction and the applicable payment provider process will govern the request. Check the displayed amount, taxes, session status, cancellation option, and any transaction-specific refund terms before confirming payment.
The public website does not currently state a refund window, eligibility rule, processing time, cancellation fee, or payment-provider arrangement because those operational terms have not been supplied and verified. These details must be approved and shown before accepting payments. This notice does not remove rights that apply under applicable law.
How to ask about a transaction
Contact SURGE with the support email or phone below and include the transaction reference, date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords, authentication codes, or other payment credentials. The support team may request limited information needed to locate the transaction.
Review before launch
The service owner must confirm the live charging platform, payment provider, cancellation flows, GST/tax display, refund eligibility, dispute process, customer-support operating process, and response timelines. A qualified Indian legal professional must review the final terms for the actual business model before publication.
